Gopalan Nair to Lee Kuan Yew's Singapore, "Is there anything else I can do for you?"

Ladies and Gentlemen,

When you consider countries such as the United States, Australia and others, you can visualise the sort of people they are, and the country's characteristics such as, the rule of law, the protection of minorities, a Constitution which is respected and enforced, a place where you feel your rights are protected regardless of your political opinion. Which explains why the best and most qualified of people throughout the world are attracted to them.

These are respected countries where you know their their political ideology, their credo and their set of beliefs.

On the other hand, you simply do not know what Singapore is. On the one hand they publicly proclaim to have the rule of law, yet they use it as a tool to silence dissent, in the case of the late JB Jeyaretnam and Dr. Chee Soon Juan, his libel suit victims and now me, Gopalan Nair, his victim for criticizing his political agent who doubles as a judge, Belinda Ang Saw Ean. So we know that at least as far as their claims to the rule of law, that it is just baloney.

And then their Constitution claims that all Singaporeans are equal. Yet on closer examination you are shocked to see this too is a lie. Malays who are in fact the natives of Singapore before anyone else, have been reduced not only in numbers to a mere 15% of the population, over taken by Chinese imports from Communist China; they have been reduced to being errand boys for the prosperous Chinese. So once again a whole load of humbug as far as their claim to equality goes.

And then they claim there is no corruption. Yet they have privately decided that each one of them should be paid a "salary" of $3.7 million a year and much more under the table. I am sure everyone with a head still in working condition, on his shoulders would call this corruption but not them. As far as they are concerned this is a salary in the Pickwikian or rather Singaporean sense!

And then they claim that Singapore has one of the highest GDP and standards of living in the world. Yet you find many residents (inmates would be a better word) of Lee Kuan Yew's HDB shoebox apartments cannot even afford 3 meals a day, I suppose because Lee Kuan Yew and friends are keeping all the money for themselves.

And coming back to Gopalan Nair's recent disbarment for life from ever practicing law in Singapore for writing a blog critical of this now very well known judge, Belinda Ang Saw Ean, not wanting to prejudge the case before the California Bar, (as I have to report this to the CA Bar), what I want to say this. If indeed they decide that instead of being punished as the Singapore Law Society would want, they instead feel that I should be commended, or in the worst scenario, they take no action; would this not be a very big slap across the face of Lee Kuan Yew and company?

And is not my Singaporean disbarment going to be a permanent thorn on the side of Lee Kuan Yew's Singapore, since the CA Bar has now been made aware of the pathetic state of the law in Singapore which they may not have known otherwise, thanks to Lee Kuan Yew's disbarment proceedings.

And have they forgotten that each time I apply for admission to any other legal jurisdiction anywhere in the world, I would have to report these extraordinary proceedings, which again means further bad publicity for them each time?

An observer looking at all this would probably come away with only one conclusion. Singapore is a place that belongs to Lee Kuan Yew and friends as their private possession, to enrich themselves, by starting state run companies using tax payers money, driving the labor force into total submission with low wages, creating a climate of fear in the population, silence the entire island with threats of arrest and defamation actions, thereby creating a docile population conducive to foreign investment, and use this political atmosphere to enrich themselves.

Singapore is not a nation. It is simply a fraud perpetrated by Lee and Company. Which explains why educated skilled Singaporeans continue to emigrate in droves, there is insufficient childbirth and there are a whole grand total 3000 lawyers and shrinking; in an island of 5 million!

It is simply an island adrift in the sea, having lost it's bearings and no one knows what it really stands for. It has no ideology, no credo, no set of beliefs, no nothing.

To live in Singapore, you either have to be a person with not very much in your head or a person who has completely sold his conscience and would be as comfortable working for Kim Ill Sung, as long as the money is right.

And by the way, I did say that going from past experience with my run ins with the Singaporean Lee Kuan Yew and company, every single word written here is being read by them. So is there going to be any more excitement for me since my last disbarment in Singapore recently, or have they run out of ideas as to what else to do with the troublesome Gopalan Nair?

Looking back I have done a great deal for Lee Kuan Yew's Singapore for them to let off steam. They have had the pleasure of putting me in a Singapore jail for 2 months, they have fined me $3,000.00, they had had the pleasure of putting my color picture across their state controlled newspapers and called me names.

Perhaps I should now ask Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew, "Is there anything else I can do for you?"

Mr Nair

I am sure you still have a lot to do for Lee Kuan Yew,having read so much injustices he had done against you and Singaporeans.

Just wait for his obituary on his biggest paper wreath,The Straits Times and then take the first flight out of Frsco to Singapore,to attend his wake, just to make sure the bastard is dead

Lee Kuan Yew that old bastard will be up lorry soon. He is the greatest fraud in Singapore's history as British colonial records evidenced this.

Now he meditates on Maranatha (O Come Jesus) a hypocrite of the highest order. Vultures will feed on his cardaver.

I hope Francis Seow,Tang Liang Hong and you Gopalan Nair will live to witness this.

Wondering why Cambridge University allows such a despot to tarnish their image. It is a great shame that Cambridge has produced such a student. Whatsoever, can Mr Gopalan Nair alert the University. Thank you!

A Malaysian perpective.

Singapore’s presidential election this month is likely to be a report card on what the PAP has done since the general election.

Read more: Presidential election a referendum on PAP http://www.nst.com.my/nst/articles/16sipore/Article/#ixzz1UNL4yXX1

Let me tell you what the result will be. Tony Tan, the PAP's preferred candidate, and father of NS dodge, will become the next President, thanks to the 60% of the electorate who voted for the PAP in the last election.

Here is a Judge who has "balls"
A Judge who has the authority to overturn the Prime Minister of Australia's decision to transfer Asylum seekers from Australia to Malaysia today morning. The fate of the asylum seekers will be determined only after a court hearing later today. So no-one is allowed to depart on a 1130 am chartered flight. It might seem insignificant but this is what I call democracy and having a fair go.

Here is the link to the article.

Lee Kuan Yew should be disbarred from the Middle Temple as well.

LKY has made tons of mistakes for our nation (of course, this megalomaniac wouldn’t classify them as mistakes) but his biggest mistake is to live long enough to see the advent of the Internet. His image is now well and truly sullied. We can now see his true colours. His dark and evil side has been revealed. All thanks to the Internet. If he had quietly retired years ago before the Internet came along, we could now be excusing him and blaming others for his past sins. Or better still, if he had died when we were still thoroughly enamoured of him, also before the Internet, we would now be glorifying and deifying him and worshiping him as the greatest statesman of all time. Too bad, the Internet spoiled all that for him.

Thank you, O Great Internet!

Lky openly said Chee soon juan was a psychopath. When I read it I thought Chee was teaching for years in nus and no one found him out to be a psychopath? then I read Chee was sacked for allow uni fax services to be used by his wife although he paid back the money and claimed he obtained verbal permission from his superior.i thought :
So blatantly politically motivated dismissal. Then asking goh about loan to indon is libel???!!! I began to realise pap talk about justice due process is nonsense.
